About the May 20 and June 17 Weblogger Meetups

Hi Webloggers!

Here's a chance for one or two of you to serve as the assistant organizer for the Weblogger Meetup and organize the meetups that are tentatively scheduled for May 20 and June 17. (I'm involved in a project both of these evenings.)

Organizing involves arriving at the venue 30 minutes early, bringing name tags and marking pens, getting everyone introduced, and, if there's a guest speaker or a topic, managing that as well.

I'll be happy to work with you to schedule the meetings at the locations (Wayward Cafe in Greenwood? Somewhere else?) and get out the meeting announcements to this mailing list.

There's even an option to try the meetup on a different night and/or at a different location if that fits the assistant organizers' schedules.

Please reply to this message if you can handle one or both meetings. It would be great to find someone (or two of your) who could take both of these dates so there'd be some continuity.
