Setting up a Northeast Philly Meetup

kmartino1 Group Organizer Philadelphia, PA	Hi folks, It's time to grow the list of events listed here. First , lets start a conversation about adding another event to our calendar. It can be the same day as Scott's CC meetup, or a different day. I'm in favor of Saturdays. Calendar: http://blog.meetup.co... merecat Jenkintown, PA Post #: 1	My two cents. I would support a Northeast Philly Meetup, but I really enjoy leaving the suburbs to go into town. I also like places that serve beer. As a Shy Person, it helps me, um, relax. Finally, Saturdays are usually bad for me. By the end of this year I will have missed five meetups in a row because of work. If a Northeast Meetup does materialize, however, I would definitely try to make it.

user 3402021 Philadelphia, PA Post #: 1	It is difficult for me to get into town due to transportation and family issues, so a closer meetup would provide people with the same problems an alternative. Saturdays are goof for me but Sunday afternoons or a weeknight would be okay, too. I'm hopeless on locations.

AccidentalAngel Warrington, PA Post #: 1	I'm in favor of something in the Northeast, as I would be coming from Bucks County, north of the city. I don't care if alcohol is served or not, but it would be nice if I could bring my 12-year-old son to make it a family time out. My wife also blogs (well, LiveJournals).
