Last night's meetup

Hi folks,

I got to admit, I was a bit nervous. I'm a hermit. Add to that not being around for so long and I had no idea how it was going to be, but I hope you feel as I do - it was great!

For me, I had the opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet people for the first time, who I have chatted with online for so long, or meet people for the first time period, was terrific.

Extra props go out to Annie for twittering the event, Tony and Crystal for the suggestion of The Memphis Taproom (we will be back - but not right away - The Grey Lodge awaits - schedule to be posted soon!).

I think it was a good example of what a Meetup can be - an event to reach out and make connections and friendships.
