Our October meeting will held on Wed. October 10th, 2007. It will be at Columbia College Chicago and I will confirm the room number.
We will discuss setting up a directory of Chicago Blogs around topics. I love the list organized around el stops, but that serves to connect bloggers to each other.
Come ready to talk about creating a directory for people who want to contact bloggers with expertise in topic areas, like food bloggers, Mother bloggers, A & E bloggers, etc. Sy Bounds will talk about some entrepreneur ideas. If you want to talk about some aspect of a Chicago Blogger directory, email the list or me or just show up that evening.
Several of us attended the FCC hearing on September 20th where issues of access and diversity in media were discussed. It was important to have a good audience showing, and there was.
