Monetisation

I heard there was a lot of talk about blog monetisation at the last meetup.

Would anyone care to share any of the ideas, thoughts, suggestions, strategies that were discussed??

I had a chat with Matt from Londonist about setting advertising rates. He pointed me to a page on parent site Gothamist that might be worth your while looking at - if you are into selling ad space on your blogs that is.
